ExFortuna Survey Association

The formation of the ExFortuna Survey Association was adhoc and commenced as a series of informal social gatherings by serving and past members of the Army Survey Regiment. The aim of the group was to satisfy the need to continue the fellowship and Esprit de Corps that had been so strongly formed by members of the Survey Regiment and the Survey Corps over their years of service together.

In May 1996 the Army Survey Regiment located at Fortuna, Bendigo closed. Through the ExFortuna Survey Association the fellowship between both members of the Army Survey Regiment and past members of the Survey Corps has continued.

As well as organising social gatherings, ExFortuna Survey Association publish a newsletter called “Magna Carto”.

110th RASvy Corps Reunion

Friday 4th July 2025 – Sunday 6th July 2025

The Royal Australian Survey Corps 110th Reunion festivities have concluded.  We had approximately 350 members and partners join us for an excellent time.  Unfortunately some members had to cancel at last minute because of health problems and we wish them all the best.

The photographs from the 110th Reunion Dinner have now been posted under the Gallery Tab.  If you have any photos from the weekend that you would like included on the website, please send them to me ()

A documented account of the 110th Anniversary Reunion is covered in the August 25 Magna Carto below, including transcripts and a download of the Chief of Army’s Message.

If you have any enquiries about the weekend please contact John Phillips 0488 666 006
